All Thompson Watch products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects against manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal use.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Movement and essential functional components

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or accidents
• Scratches, cracks, or cosmetic wear from normal use
• Water damage unless water resistance is explicitly stated
• Battery replacement and natural wear over time
